Object of study - the implementation of PAP production "DzvIn". The purpose of research is to provide suggestions for improving the marketing activities of the company with regard to specific activities, conducting a patent search for newness and clean image of the mark for goods and services as well as patenting the brand enterprises in Ukraine. Working methods - comparing, analyzing normative, constructive settlement and others. Generalized scientific result is the development of proposals and recommendations to improve marketing and sales activities of the company, preparing materials for patenting trademark in Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the research conducted is to conduct a comprehensive analysis and detection of deficiencies of the current system of distribution of the company, providing recommendations to improve marketing performance and trademark registration company in Ukraine, according to which goods and services PAP "DzvIn" differ from similar goods and services of others .
