In particular, the scheme of multiscale finite element method is constructed for a class of advection-diffusion problems. It is shown that the scheme can be successfully used for modeling of the transport processes in heterogeneous environments for large Peclet numbers. New optimization problems, parameter identification and sensitivity analysis problems are considered for non-stationary processes in dynamical systems. The algorithms of numerical analysis are suggested. Mathematical models of synergy bifurcation are investigated. In particular, necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for a Turing instability and wave instability. The problem of improving the design of implants to ensure the implant osteointegration and bone and reduce the maximum stress in them is considered. An effective method of modeling this process based on finite element method is suggested. The convergence of the domain decomposition algorithm is considered. The effectiveness of the proposed schemes of numerical methods is confirmed by conducted numerical experiments and rigor of mathematical proofs.
