Developed by model technologies and methods of audiovisual electronic learning tools (AELT), which is carried out by taking into account: the characteristics and patterns of didactic absorbing knowledge and skills for their use; complex philosophical and pedagogical understanding (definition) content features the concept of "formation" as the process of obtaining, acquisition of knowledge and skills to use them.
