Object of study - audiovisual electronic means for secondary schools. Purpose of the study - a model using audio-visual technology and electronic media. Purpose - to determine the didactic principles using audio-visual and electronic media to reveal their role in the formation of general competence of students of secondary schools. Methods and apparatus: questionnaire; sociological and pedagogical experiment; analysis of pedagogical, psychological, normative literature on the study; computer equipment. Theoretical and practical results - manuscripts paragraphs to the monograph "learning environment classroom", "Video audiovisual electronic media zaosbiv autonomous learning" "teacher training", "Safety in the classroom", "Model technology and techniques using audio-visual electronic" . Scientific novelty - pedagogical possibilities and requirements for use of audiovisual electronic means as stand-alone multimedia implementation efficiency - improving student achievements by using audio-visual electronic USES - secondary schools. Developed by model technologies and methods of audiovisual electronic learning tools (AELT), which is carried out by taking into account: the characteristics and patterns of didactic absorbing knowledge and skills for their use; complex philosophical and pedagogical understanding (definition) content features the concept of "formation" as the process of obtaining, acquisition of knowledge and skills to use them. It was found that the model of technology and methods of using AELT in the process of training institutions in general has a didactic purpose, and is therefore subject to construct methods of their use in the classroom learning a new educational material, repetition, generalization and systematization of knowledge, carrying out "non-traditional forms of Occupation "(lectures, seminars, field trips, interviews, tests, entrance). Defined stages of building a model of technology and methods of using AELT, the main concern: content analysis features of education, laws and institutions of learning in the program of educational material; determination of the type and format of the sessions; establishing objectives classes where supposed to be used AELT; selection of complex AELT and traditional learning tools, which are necessary to perform the tasks of learning, visual content features of educational material; definition of information functions, didactic role and purpose AELT in combination with traditional learning tools; definition of methods, techniques and organization of classes (lessons); development of technologies and methods of AELT Given the dynamics level of mental capacity of students during the lesson, the day of the week.
