Objective: To determine the scientific conceptual and methodological approaches to the development of psychological and educational support for children with visual impairment and early school age; theoretical and normative support the formation of the updated content of education for children with visual impairments in the light of the basic requirements of state educational standards; development of scientific-methodological and didactic ensure the implementation of the updated content of preschool education for children with visual impairments; teaching of the formation and implementation of the course content, "I and Ukraine" for visually impaired students grades 3-4. Methods: Theoretical: analysis of foreign and domestic psycho-pedagogical and ophthalmic literature; Empirical: teacher observation, study and analysis of teaching experience educational, correctional and developmental and clinical work; survey of educators and tyflopedahohiv, psycho, pedagogical experiment; quantitative and qualitative research analysis, statistical, statistical analysis of the results. The results: the conceptual approaches to semantic software update primary and basic units of special education children blind those with low vision; given the content of education in line with the peculiar mental and physical development of pupils, their visual and cognitive abilities developed specific remedial developmental component content of general education subjects; identifying patterns of cognitive, speech and aesthetic development of preschool children with visual impairments and development on the basis of innovative teaching technologies correctional and developmental effects. Defined modern scientific trends relevant to provide psychological impact on the personal development of preschool children with visual impairments. The survey results more targeted and individualized personal guidance to educational and correctional process, meeting the educational and personal needs of students and providing them with psychological and educational assistance. Projected assumptions about the further development of research facilities - building a comprehensive integrated system of training, education and rehabilitation of children with visual impairments various age groups in the same educational and information space.
