Ponomarenko, I. G. Lobanovskyy, T. I. Hodetska. – K, 2015. Research object concerns an organization process of creation of special library information resources for Ukrainian educational sphere. Research aim is a development and specification of organizational, theoretical, methodical and technological principles concerning the forming of library information resources for Ukrainian educational sphere. Research methods that are used by sociohumanities and sociocommunicative sciences are used for tasks realization and research aim attainment. The following theoretical methods – historical method, study and analysis of sources, analysis and synthesis, terminological method, comparative method and simulation method – will help to show, to generalize and to ground the essence, principles and structure of the integrated special information resource and to find out its access forms and methods. The following empiric methods – study of experience, observation, sociological method etc. – will indicate a comprehensive approach to scientific researches. At the preparatory stage library scientists analysed a source base of research, worked out a conceptual categorial system, distinguished keywords and found out links between them. The scientific analysis of peculiarities concerning special information needs of users is carried out with the help of monitoring. The level of scientific development concerning the problem of library information support for educational sphere of Ukraine is revealed, recommendations concerning the information support for scientific researches are suggested taking into consideration critical indexes. The original method for counting the number of visits of web-portal in V.O. Sykhomlynskyi SSPL of Ukraine is offered taking into consideration the personal interest factor; the texts content-analysis method on the web-portal pages is also suggested. The new forms concerning satisfaction of information needs of different users are worked out and realized by means of joined information resources which are given to them. The basic forms concerning the development of interlibrary cooperation of Ukrainian educational libraries and their integration into the world information space are studied. It is proved that the integration of library resources and services based on the principles of cooperation and coordination is the most effective form of interlibrary cooperation. Priority directions concerning the creation of interlibrary projects for innovation development of Ukrainian educational libraries activity, in particular by means of arranging of master e-catalogues (databases) are defined and grounded. The peculiarities of special information resource are shown as a result of the analytic and synthetic method of working of incoming documents in the general fund of the educational libraries, by means of forming of reference-information retrieval service on the corporative principles, and also by means of the bibliographic production issue; arranging of electronic resources such as “Famous Ukrainian and World Teachers” and “Famous Ukrainian and World Librarians, Bibliographers and Bibliologists”; electronic collection arranging of V.O. Sykhomlynskyi’s scientific works. The resource of rare and important periodicals which are national achievements of Ukraine is studied, the detailed processing of periodicals issued in the 19th – at the beginning of the 20th centuries is done as a result. The collection of natural mathematic textbooks and tutorials (1918 – 1945) in V.O. Sykhomlynskyi SSPL of Ukraine holdings is studied. Scientific methodical principles concerning the activity of the system of educational libraries under Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and NAPS of Ukraine are determined by means of arranging of analytical and statistical data collection and reference book of educational libraries scientific information and publishing activities. A set of organizational management documents is worked out for V.O. Sykhomlynskyi SSPL of Ukraine and system of educational libraries under Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and NAPS of Ukraine. Practical significance of the results. Scientific results will provide theoretical principles for the activity of V.O. Sykhomlynskyi SSPL of Ukraine and system of educational libraries under Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and NAPS of Ukraine concerning the creation and further development of the integrated educational information resource. Scientific material will be sent to the system of educational libraries under Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and NAPS of Ukraine for the practical use which concerns the information support of the scientific and educational work in educational sphere.
