New methods for the numerical calculation of satellite motion under the action of forces in space have been proposed. Theoretical models of the forces considered and made their normalization using positional observations to determine the orbital parameters. The analysis of the photometric observations made for the study of the rotation about the center of mass of bodies. Received observations of 224 satellites in the 2740 passages. Fill up a database of current orbital elements and Atlas of satellite's light curves. The structure of the meteor database and statistics observations from 2003 to 2014 are described. The total number of meteoric phenomena of 10472 objects recorded using various tools. Developed a software package for processing. Received physical and kinematic characteristics of meteors exposed to different types of fragmentation. Shows the accuracy of the existence of splitting meteors. Held positional observations of 53 comets and 29 NEA. The new equipment has been developed and put into operation two new automated telescope - the largest in Ukraine OMT-800 and fast-moving KTC.
