For the first time it was shown that bacteriocines of Erwinia carotovora can be characterized by the wide diversity of the partickles of phage origin. Methods of antagonistic compound purification and methods of bacteria cultivation were optimized and developed. For the first time for Agrobacterium inhibition the strain-antagonist Alcaligenes faecalis was applied. For the first time, in the result of four cycles of inactivation-cultivation the stock of bacteriophage ZF40 rt2/4 containing temperature resistant phage partickles was obtained. For the first time the unique genetic stability of bacteriophage Erwinia carotovora ZF40 was revealed. Collections of phytopathogenic bacteria and their bacteriophages were created.
