During the first phase of the study found that the professional experience of the teacher is a structured phenomenon which includes: cognitive (cognitive) experience, practical experience, emotional experience, aesthetic experience, communicative experience. On the basis of analysis of the theory and practice identified guiding principles of professional experience of the teacher. It was found that the historical and pedagogical analysis of the process of development of professional experience helps teachers adapt innovative approaches to structuring content and the choice of methods and forms of training in educational practice of modern higher education.
