As a result of studies found that to obtain a microstructure characterized as high strength and ductility and viscosity necessary to form in a metal sutures of inclusions with certain composition, size and density distribution. The expediency of introducing this purpose to the weld pool nano- and micro-sized inoculums. Welding consumables and welding technology for high-strength low-alloy steels were developed. An inspection of the developments in industrial production PJSC NKMZ was carried out, which confirmed improvement of functional properties of welded joints of high-strength low-alloy steels, reduction the risk of brittle fracture due to the influence of nanocreations on the conditions of the weld metal microstructure formation.
