Description

In the research work proposes complex mathematical economic models for assessing and analyzing the performance of present-day economic systems, which is based on the use of the balance sheet approaches. Constructed with insufficient statistical information input-output models of the region involve a combination of directly acquired data of statistic reports and calculation of indirect indicators for which there is no method of formation at the regional level. The methods for assessing the performance and efficiency of the country's socio-economic development were improved by supplementing the complex of synthetic indicators with the general evaluation of performance which reflects the effectiveness and balanced functioning of the sectors of the relevant economic system.
