Methods of analysys of sign language units for design of 3-dimendional model of human hand were developed; concept of information techology for dactyl alphabet visualising via means of 3-d animation was proposed. Algorithms for modelling and visualising of Ukrainian sign language units were created; messaging protocol for information models in technology of computation parallelisation for intellectual communicative information analysis applications was developed. Information technology for analysis and syntesys of intellectual communicative information, including information technology for Ukrainian dactyl sign language and communication, was developed.
