Polycrystalline film of chromium dioxide with heterogeneous granular structure of metal - insulator type was obtained by hydrothermal synthesis. Magnetic and transport properties of films obtained were studied. It was found that the electrical resistance polycrystalline films of chromium dioxide decreases with increasing temperature.
