Work aim: The development and improvement of preparative methodes and methodics of synthesis of novel geterocyclic compounds for making of novel bioregulators of widespread-spectrum of range, novel photosensitive and fluorescent materials. Research methodes: Methodes of synthesis of model organic substances, geterocyclic substances; NМR-, IR-, UV-, fluorescent spectroscopy; mass- and chromatomass-spectroscopy; methodes of synthesis under high pressure and inert atmosphere; XR- and elemental analysis. The synthetic methodes of 1,4-benzothiazepines, 2Н-1,5-benzoxathiepines, 5H-4,1-benzoxathiepines and methods of their functionalization through oxidation , saturation, Vilsmeier, with DMFADMA,bromine, with electrophiles and nucleophiles, Strecker, Corey - Chaykovsky, Horner - Wadsworth - Emmons reactions, and rearrangement conditions were developed. A new approach to the synthesis of 1,2,8-triazaspiro[4.5]decane derivatives was developed. The structure of the most promising compounds for further synthesis - pyrrolidin-2,5-dione derivatives was determined according to in silico screening. The synthetic conditions of 3-hetaryl substituted pyrrolidin-2,5-diones, Michael bis-adducts in the reactions of 2-aminopyridines and 2-aminothiazole with maleimides, 3-(9H-fluoren-9-yl)pyrrolidin-2,5-dione, 3-fluoren-pyrrolidin-2,5-dione were found and optimized. A new approach to the synthesis of several new synthetic amino acids, sulfamides and aminomethyl-3-arylisocoumarine derivatives, 3-hetarylisocoumarine derivatives was developed; the possibility of transformation into isoquinolines and condensed systems of 6-(isocoumarin-3-yl)-4-alkyl-umbelliferone of them; new methodes of synthesis of several graveolone analogues, pyranoneoflavones, 2Н-chromen-2-one was developed and the use of 2-imino-3-hetarylcoumarine, 3-hetarylchromone heteroanalogs as fluorescent probes was showed and suggested. The functionalization of coumarines with alkaloids remains and isoflavone glycoside residues was conducted. The biological activity of 3-azolylchromone, synthetic chromane, imidazo(thiazolo)pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives was investigated. A simple synthesis procedure of pyrazolo[3,4-d]-4,5-dihydropyrimidines and their condensed derivatives was developed.
