Purpose of research - complex Ukrainian studies research of modern discursive interpretations of personality and artistic heritage by Тaras Shevchenko. Research methods. In basis methods are fixed scientific (analysis, synthesis, differentiation, integration, typologization, problem-chronologic, historical, sociological, terminological, functional, system-structural, cognitive, classification and systematization, synergetic, institutional, structural-functional) and special (historic-chronological, historic-situational, biographic, archetypical, comparative, mythological, religion studies etc.). The integrative Ukrainian studies analysis of Shevchenko studies assists an integral concept about an object of research. A novelty is an analysis of works by Т. Shevchenko in the context of forming of Ukrainian national elite; the educationally-educator ideal of Т. Shevchenko is emphasized; complex research of introduction of Ukrainian studies of scientific knowledge in the educationally-educator system of native educational establishments in the context of tasks of stable development of Ukraine is analysed. Degree of introduction. The results of SRW are presented in 42 publications, in 22 reports on scientific conferences. The made by SRW collection "Materials of international research and practice conference "Taras Shevchenko in the fate of the Slavic people: a dialogue through centuries and borders"" is representant of innovative contribution to Shevchenko studies. Recommendation of the results of work. The results of researches can be drawn on by public institutions and institutes in the process of development of modern strategy of the humanitarian politics, oriented to education of patriotism, humanism, morality, forming of national identity and national consolidation. The scientific publications sanctified to the Ukrainian studies could be useful to the corresponding departments of Ministry of Education of Ukraine and Institute of innovative technologies of maintenance of education. Scientific works of researchers could be used by the teachers of general schools and program of higher educational establishments in educational-didactical process. Industry of application. Education and science, categories of specialists: teachers of high school, teachers of institutions (Ukrainian philology, philosophy, history) of higher learning, linguodidacts, students, pupils. Economic efficiency. The Ukrainian studies are founded in scientific results on Ukraine-centrism of own historical experience.
