The topic of research is a conceptual model strengthening of Ukraine in the world on the basis of civilized values, forming a geopolitical and global trend in Ukrainian studies. The project aims to determine the theoretical and methodological principles of research and practical application of geopolitical and global problems in their relationship with the problems of Ukrainian statehood in the scientific system of Ukrainian studies, to study the geopolitical aspects of Ukraine's national interests security, to clear up of the role and importance of Ukraine in solving of the modern global problems, to treat of theoretical and practical means to address the educational needs of Ukrainians abroad, to work out of a conceptual model strengthening of Ukraine in the world on the basis of civilization factors. To solution the main tasks of the project it used the methodology of Ukrainian studies and the method of historical reconstruction, comparative and axiological analysis. The result of the theme: founded a conceptual paradigm of evolutionary strategy of global development; argued that the topic of the noosphere has become a perspective part of modern socio-humanitarian, including Ukrainian, education; demonstrated that potent breeding ground for ideological support of Russia's aggression serves a number of Western geopolitical doctrines center-right direction; found that the establishment of statehood as the dominant trend in modern Ukrainian history is determined the restoration of state independence of Ukraine; defined category of "media information literacy" as a basic unit for measuring the level of media-cultural and media-educational process as a whole; comprehensive analyzed of ethno-political situation in modern Ukraine and proposed the concrete proposals for solving the most intense problems. Scientific novelty: developed the conceptual improvement in social consciousness and political concepts of the Ukraine's power circles related to its European strategy; defined the dominant world-view, political science and practical guidance for strengthening of Ukraine in the world community; analyzed the definitive features of Ukrainian ethnic policy in its conceptual and applied dimensions; focus on the challenges arose by Ukrainian society in connection with external threats to its existence; reconstructed historical experience of Ukrainian state-building and made its comparison with international experience providing legal undertaken obligations by the state.
