Research purpose: development of theoretical positions and methodical approaches and practical recommendations aimed at improving motivation of personnel at the industrial enterprise. Theoretical and practical results: The conceptual bases of the formation and development of the motivational system of management are offered. The main directions of the improving motivation at the industrial enterprise are developed Novelty: the model motivational system of management through the application of new conceptual positions is developed on the basis of the combination of measures, bearing economical, social character, with the forms of corporate culture, that ensures consistency and direction of development of motivation in accordance with the strategy of the enterprise. Efficiency of introduction: the offered developments will allow to provide creation of pre-conditions of purposeful influence of motivation on a personnel, to promote efficiency of activity of enterprise.
