It was a studied of the asymmetry in the angular distribution of light and heavy fragments from the threshold of nuclear fission 238U. Using the value of the energy dependence - asymmetry obtained according to the angular distribution of the fission fragments, determined numerical value 6,04 ± 0,06 MeV fission threshold 238U (1, 1) in the dipole channel. It was determined that the peak observed near of 450 in the angular distribution of the fission fragments near the 238U fission threshold, due to the contribution to the fission in the quadruple excitation. It was created spherical neutron spectrometer consists of ten polyethylene balls, inside which is a tablet of indium. With the spectrometer was performed an experiment to measure the spectrum of neutrons with neutron - generating target and in the bunker of accelerator. On the basis of the experiment and the simulation has been restored spectrum of neutrons incident on the spectrometer. Given the resulting neutron spectrum, carry out simulation and experimental study of the interaction of neutron fluxes with solutions of organic objects. It was defined the quantity of breaks chemical bonds per one incident neutron. The results were compared with the results of an experimental study of the interaction of electrons and gamma rays with the same objects.
