Different method sof synthesis of bioactive ceramic nanoparticles have been developed, including systematization and improving the biomimetic synthesis. Methods of doping of the bioactive ceramics with mono and complex ad mixtures have been developed and systematized. It was proved that itis the most promising way to develop support of trace elements homeostasis in the body, and functionalization of bioactive ceramic implants. The methods have been developed of significant increase of the radio-opacity of bioactive ceramic implants, controlled regulation of bactericidal action of the implants, controlled release of trace element sinthe body, as well as other ways to functionalize the materials.
