The object of this study - oral mucosa, periodontal, oral fluid, oral hygiene; Patients candidiasis of the oral mucosa, cancer patients, patients with removable acrylic dentures - 300 persons. Application of a complex of preventive measures for chronic candidiasis in cancer patients during irradiation in the head and neck area provides a stable preventive effect: Oral mucosa fungi contamination is reduced by 36.2% - 57.0%. Created mouthwash "Biodent-4" gels "Maltsev," "Slyurem", "Zoleks" 30% increase the rate of salivation, decrease the intensity of the inflammation of oral mucosa 68.0% and the incidence of hypersensitivity - by 80.0%, almost 3 fold reduced the period of adaptation to the denture.
