The lipid-transport system disturbances in pathological conditions with hyperheparinemia symptoms were shown firstly to have both antiatherogenic character and pro-atherogenic predisposition. Lipoproteinlipase activity decrease was found to be a 'trigger point' of this system destruction on the tissue level as the result of lipoproteinlipase activity decrease due to hypoheparinemia in case of mast cells depletion. A new concept of atherosclerosis pathogenesis is adopted which allow to develop preventive and rehabilitative measures to improve the clinical status of patients ischemic cardiac disease and hypertension. The new algorithm of lipid-transport system functional activity identification was proved to reduce patients' duration in the hospital and extend their life.
