At the end of in-patient treatment the processes of dissolving of tuberculosis infiltrate and absence of pulmonary destruction were observed in 100% of "slow metabolizers", according to CYP2C9 genotype, in 91,0 and 82,8 % "intermediate" and "rapid metabolizers" correspondently"; in "slow acetylators" according to NAT2 genotype, tuberculosis destruction of lungs aborted in 1,3 times faster than in "rapid acetylators". At the moment of discharge from hospital in "slow acetylators" the alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity were on 23,2 and 26,4% higher than in "rapid acetylators". In patients with "rapid acetylators" genotype at the ending of in-patient treatment the multidrug resistant tuberculosis appeared in 3,5 times more often than in patients with "slow acetylators" genotype.
