Objective of the study: To improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of acute inflammatory surgical diseases of thoracic and abdominal cavity organs in children. Object of study: lung bacterial destruction in children, acute diseases of the abdominal cavity organs in children. Methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental,statistical. Was created the complex restorative treatment program for children with appendiceal peritonitis by staged usage of natural and preformed physical factors. In the second part of the work were created methods of dynamic monitoring and forecasting the risk of unfavorable course of bacterial lung destruction and was proposed pathogenetically reasonable treatment with local introduction of antibiotics and fractional lavage of the pleural cavity.
