Object of study: features of climatic, sanitary-epidemiological, ecological and geographical factors in estuarine area of of the sea coast and their impact on a population health.. The estuarine areas of river and sea coasts belong to water facilities with the most complex hydrological and hydrochemical conditions. Modern methods of analysis and detection of the objective state of the environment were identified in the process . Areas that are subject to thorough studying were identified. Environmental state of powerful water resources of the region is unsatisfactory in general, there are problems of water management and quality of drinking water in the region. The mathematical interaction analysis of population morbidity with established etiology gastroenterocolitis (EEG), unknown etiology gastroenterocolitis (UEG) and hepatitis A (HAV) in Ismail, Bolgrad, Kiliya, Reni. Enteric viruses (HAV, adenoviruses AV, enteroviruses EV, rotavirus RV, reoviruses ReV )were isolated from tap water. Assessment of morbidity of these infections was held in the region.
