Imbalance in the system LP/AOS was accompanied by changes in indicators of platelet hemostasis in the patients. We determined, that disbalance in LP/AOS plays the main role in mechanisms of hepatocytes' destruction and progressing of liver inflammatory process. Such changes are reason to develop of fibrosis or cirrhosis in liver tissue.
