Dynamics of a system can be described by evolutionary equations of various types: differential, integral, differential-difference as well as by the fractional-order systems, the systems affected by impulses and so on. In so doing, various types of constraints, imposed on control parameters, are taken in account, namely, geometric, integral, impulse and mixed.Application of created methods insure bringing of system trajectory to the terminal set under arbitrary admissible controls. Suggested approach makes it possible for the first time to study in detail the game problems for fractional-order systems of Riemann and Caputo, which describe a wide range of events and processes in the materials technology and biochemistry.
