We consider the case when the uniqueness of solution for corresponding Cauchy problems are not guaranteed. For this investigation we use methods and principles of theory of global and trajectory attractors for multivalued semi-flows. Approximation schemes for numerical investigation of the long-term behavior of solutions for the reaction-diffusion type problems are developed. The obtained results are applied to the specific mathematical models of different nature processes.
