Software mathematical system for express determination of 137Cs, 90Sr and 131I radionuclides in organs and tissues of animals in different conditions of their intake into organism was developed and tested. To describe the radionuclides' metabolic processes in organism multi-chamber models of 137Cs, 90Sr and 131I kinetics were used. Algorithms solving specific tasks and listings of relevant computer programs are presented. The multi-interface providing simultaneous determination of 137Cs, 90Sr and 131I activities is created. The possibility of the practical use of the software product in radiobiological studies is proved.
