It has been scientifically substantiated that the list of indicators of safety and quality of mineral waters needs to be expanded by identifying saprophytic bacteria, algae and cyanobacteria, biochemical markers - catalase activity, fatty acids, evaluation of acute lethal toxicity using test objects Ceriodaphnia affinis. For the first time a method of qualimetric evaluation of hygienic and sanitary conditions of mineral waters source has been developed for infection control of its operation.
