Specifications". In modern formation of vegetables' market manufacturer should move on the new level of strategic marketing, which bases on priorities of quality of grown vegetables' production. Leek - the object of study, including young and fresh leek, and people harvest and realize this leek for fresh eating for fresh eating and for industrial processing. The goal of developing standards is increasing quality of leek, providing a safety of production for people's health and life and protection the environmental. It can be achieved by way of careful training vegetables for realization, cleaning, sorting, callipering and packing vegetables in different kinds of containers and their labeling. In the basis of standard about technic conditions for young and fresh leek assigned the results of scientific research, from mark of quality technical processing and saving. Indications of quality are assigned in the national standard, and they will promote a getting high-quality production of vegetables and they will serve basis for objectively pricing in the introduction new kinds of vegetables. This designed standard connect with force regulations of environmental, security working during sorting, packing, transporting, saving, and with document on equipment goods (etc.). The innovation of research - in designed standard on young and fresh leek provided the distribution products on two different grades - the first and the second, and terms and methods of retaking are used different samples by DSTU ISO 874, where are requirements of security and protection the environmental, given in conformity with requirements of entertainment standard about saving, and they are given to modern requirements for consumers and state system of standardization. The standard, after giving its force, will be used in farms of Ukraine of different kinds of produce harvest and realize fresh production of vegetables.
