The fatigue damage accumulation in regular and irregular structure zones during the typical flying at given mass-inertial airplane parameters is the object of study. The purpose of the research is the theoretical and experimental basis of depending structure elements allowable stresses, providing design resource, versus the parameters of a typical flight profile, atmospheric turbulence characteristics, the fatigue characteristics of the structural material and a design solution based on studying the airplane dynamic model reaction and turbulent atmosphere. This final report presents the methodology and examples of using previously developed methods for calculating allowable stresses, providing regular and irregular airstructure wing zones design resource. The methodology of selecting the typical flight profile parameters to minimize wingstructure elements fatigue damage is formed. An experimental study of the proposed method is made by comparing the results of calculations, flight test data and experimental studies on the example of laboratory samples and natural structures elements.
