The spectra of emission (luminescence) molecules nitrogenous base of nucleic acids of thymine in the wavelength range 200 - 350 nm for electron energy of 100 eV. Ionization process guanine was investigated. It was established that the maximum ionization cross section equal to 3,2 10-15сm observed at the energy 112eV.
