Methods and apparatus: Formation of interfaces was carried out in experiments in vivo and in vitro. Formation of interfaces in vivo experiments was carried out by simulation of sciatic nerve injury in rats of Wistar line and following recovery of the nerve using silicon wires. In the period of 1 and 3 weeks after surgery, we prepared slices of the interfaces to carry out histological study. Experiments in vitro were carried out on live neurons, which were placed in a physiological environment, close to the environment of living beings.
