Objects of research: peripheral nerve injury in conditions and surgical treatment using silicon whiskers; neuron - Threaded crystal silicon as nanotranzystora field in a physiological environment. The purpose of the work: Installation of the interface features of formation "neuron - Threaded crystal silicon", Development of methods to control the properties of the interface, Finding the optimal conditions for the formation of natural regeneration interface nerves and implants. Methods and apparatus: Formation of interfaces was carried out in experiments in vivo and in vitro. Formation of interfaces in vivo experiments was carried out by simulation of sciatic nerve injury in rats of Wistar line and following recovery of the nerve using silicon wires. In the period of 1 and 3 weeks after surgery, we prepared slices of the interfaces to carry out histological study. Experiments in vitro were carried out on live neurons, which were placed in a physiological environment, close to the environment of living beings. In these experiments to determine the mechanism of the interface forming, we used field effect nanotransistors prepared of silicon wires.
