Aim - to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with viral IE CB by optimizing the use of diagnostic and drugs with antiviral activity. Methods - clinical, functional, microbiological, statistics. Improved the diagnostic scheme of IE HB by determining the level of C-reactive protein serum. New data on the spectrum of pathogens IE HB was obtained – at 43.7% of the patients identified viral pathogens, from 31.4% - bacterial. Developed the scheme of treatment of patients with IE HB through the use of inhaled decametoxine that reduce the intensity and duration (on 1–2 days) of symptoms of IE and reduced duration of antibiotic therapy, in combination with the drug L-arginine aspartate – reduced duration of IO on 2,4 days due to positive changes of free radical peroxidation of lipids.
