Yanovsky NAMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object - the peripheral blood of 65 patients with thy chronic obstructive pulmonary desease (COPD) in the acute stage, 24 patients with COPD in remission; 11 patients with chronic bronchitis (CB) in remission, 10 healthy persons. Aim - to find out the role of T-helper type 17 in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and their participation in the developmant of systemic inflammation in the patients with COPD. Methods - clinical, immunological, statistical. Llymphopenia, decrease namber of pan-T lyphocyte with depression of T-cells and functional activity, increased number of blood neutrophils, the increaseg serum level of C-reactiv protein were characteristic for the patients with exacerbation of COPD withe cardiovascular desease. In remission phase the patients with COPD had increased number of blood natural killers and B-lymphocytes, the increased level of IL17A,, TNF and C-reactiv protein, compared with the patients with CB. Monotsitopeniya and decreased of serum TNF concentration were characteristic in the patients with remission of CB. This indicate on the absence of immunological inflammatory signs in the patients with CB. The technology for identification of the concomitant cardiovascular diseases in patients with COPD was developed.
