Description

Established currant collection of 62 species and varieties of currants with 42 different genetic and geographical origin. Conducted comprehensive research and established the most productive varieties according to maturity groups. The resulting hybrids black currant and red currant (of 520 seedlings) were selected for the main economic indicators securities (disease resistance, strength growth) and planted in the breeding nursery 209 hybrid seedlings. In carrying out the tasks studied in fruiting and resistance to fungal diseases 10692 seedlings of 26 hybrid populations of black currants and 1679 seedlings of 25 hybrid populations of red currant. Of those highlighted in the choice, propagated and planted in the nursery control 36 hybrid forms of black currants and 12 - red currant. In step 9 breeding hybrid forms of red currant isolated in 2014. Prepared and submitted documentation for passing state testing hybrid form E-03-15 - D in varietal name Kobza.
