Research object: object the "Ensemble of historical center of Lviv", brought in to List of the World Heritage of UNESCO. Aim of work : providing of maintenance of object of cultural heritage "Ensemble of historical center of Lviv" included to List of the World Heritage of UNESCO, preparation of materials to the plan of management of Lviv, world Heritage of UNESCO brought in to List, central historical part, monitoring of the state of maintenance and use of sights of historical natural habitat of central historical part of Lviv.Research methods: collection, analysis and systematization of data and statistical analysis of factual material, systematization and analysis of the results. Resume: thehistorical-town-planning analysis of territory of sight of world inheritance is executed, monitoring of the state of maintenance and use of sights of historical natural habitat is conducted round central historical part of Lviv, World Heritage of UNESCO brought in to List. After materials of researches and monitoring prepared: project of adjustment of limits and modes of the use of buffer zone of object "Ensemble of the historical center of Lviv", brought in to List of the World Heritage of UNESCO; suggestions are in relation to the events of maintenance and use of sights of historical natural habitat of central historical part of Lviv, World Heritage of UNESCO brought in to List.
