The object of study - a set of organizational and economic processes in the production and processing of sunflower. The aim is to develop ways to improve production and processing of sunflower PAP "Fortune". Methods of research is the analysis and synthesis, evaluation, systematic and comparative analysis. As a result of the study, the following results: monitored current system of financial and economic activity of PAP "Fortune" Chortkiv district; generalized terms pho-rmuvannya economic efficiency of sunflower and dynamics of its main characteristics; resear-no mechanism costs of production and processing of sunflower; reasonably organizational and economic principles of sunflower seed; developed evidence-based recommendations for optimizing assortment quantitative policy-PAP "Fortune"; outline vectors improvement of sunflower processing and evaluating ways to implement it in a competitive capacity.
