Given the stress state composite plate is a combination of generalized plane stress state and stress state within the technical theory of bending of thin plates, the systems of integral-differential equations are developed for determination of functions, which define the contact forces and moments between the plate and the rigid (elastic) disc. A new approach to determine the number, location, and size of the contact zones within the interphase cut is presented. For approximate solution of the problem, the method of mechanical quadrature and collocation is adapted, which is utilized for studying the effect of the shape of the hole in the plate, relative rigidity of the disc, size of combination zones of the plate and disc, material orthotropy, and type of external load of the distribution of stress-strain state components on the interface plate and disc material, and generalized load intensity factor and moments at the ends of the cut (cuts). The convergence and accuracy of the proposed method are researched. For a piecewise-homogeneous plate with one or two symmetrical cuts at the interface of materials, the following cases are studied: the case of full contact along the cut faces when the tightness and impermeability of a plate-like structure are provided; the case when the emergence zone unlocking full contact or full contact with the birth of two symmetric points; the case of the existence of isolated contact zone and two lagging zones that adjacent to the zones of junction. The method of calculating the stress-strain state at the piecewise-homogeneous isotropic plate with a through asymmetric cut along the arc of a circle is developed.
