Description
The object of study. The process of the grain drying in the stationary grain dryer by means of bioheatgenerator.The aim of the investigation. Ensuring of the energy-saving modes of operation of the technological process of grain drying by applying of bioheatgenerator with help of the integrated intelligent control system. Methods of the investigation and apparatus. Planning works to reduce the energy consumption of the dryer was carried out on the basis of the principles of energy management using information derived from statistical processing of experimental data, mathematical and simulation modeling. Experimental studies were conducted under production conditions using the developed prototype of the control system.Theoretical and practical results. The algorithmes of control system work are designed to determine the temperature of heat carrier from the heat exchanger bioheatgenerator depending on the desired drying temperature with regard to wet thermо-humidity characteristics of the grain. The method of supplying energy-efficient fuel mixture in solid fuel fired boilers is elaborated; it based on the analysis of the composition of the flue gas, which in comparison with analogues provides a reduction in overall fuel costs and increases the efficiency of bioheatgenerator. Scientific novelty. For the first time energy-saving algorithms control systems of bioheatgenerator of grain dryers is elaborated, which is implemented on the basis of neuro-fuzzy technologies and ensured rational dosing of components combustion in the boiler based on the analysis of the composition of the flue gases. The designed control system allows to support: the temperature of the coolant from the heat exchanger depending on the desired drying temperature with regard to thermohumidity indicators of grain, which improves the efficiency of bioheatgenerator.The efficiency of the introduction. The proposed intelligent control system of the bioheatgenerator of stationary grain dryers has been tested on the production capacity of NGOs "Energy-saving technologies", in Ternopil. It is established that the application of the developed intelligent control system of heat generator grain dryers can improve the efficiency of electro-technological complex an average by 11 %. The control system can be applied to processing grain into large and small facilities that focus on the use of alternative fuels.Sphere of implementation: 73.10.2 Research and development in technical sciences (energy).
