The system of products of high-temperature reduction of halogen containing compounds in the course of carbon gasification by an aqueous steam is made. Calculation of a content of products of salvaging of hexachlorobenzene by a method of minimisation of energy of Gibbs is carried out. Optimal temperatures and pressures for carrying out of salvaging of halogen containing toxic chemicals are spotted. Composition of toxic impurities is calculated at gasification of coal by gas vapour mixture with simultaneous salvaging of hexachlorobenzene. It is patented exhaust gasificator for neutralisation of halogen containing compounds.
