Purpose - to provide new data on the use of water curtains, creating experimental base their tests, the disclosure features interaction drops of water curtain of smoke and gas-combustion products. The object of study - water curtains and efficiency of their application in the fire protection facilities with increased risk massive loss of life and property damage. Purpose of the study - impact factors (design of canals, pressure, chemical composition of aqueous solutions of dispersion, distance from the fire and the relative positions of canals, power source and type of fire, etc.) on the efficiency of water curtains.5481
