Hypothesized about the relationship between the change of group boundaries and processes of group dynamics in small groups. Developed value-role concept formation and development teams and the theoretical model of value-role interaction in teams. Created and tested research methodology ready to command operations and intersubjective interaction in teams. Proposed and initiated testing of hypotheses: a) the relationship between change of group boundaries and processes of group dynamics in small groups; b) with respect to regulatory features different types of competition in small groups; c) the localization of components irresponsible role interaction among metaphorical and symbolic forms of regulation of interaction in small groups; g) of the similarity and relationship of conscious, unconscious and superconscious in intrasubektnom, intersubjectivity and social spaces. Developed and tested the author's art therapeutic technique "Group Portrait", which relies on the use of a common pattern, compilation of stories and general reflective questionnaire member profiles.
