In a market economy budgetary funds are not remain the main source of funding for research, private investors are more and more interested in making a profit from the introduction of innovations, enterprises, cooperatives create research laboratories to increase profits. Thats why today it is very important to identify ways of searching the partners for research,we have to find a opportunities for sale of research results in order to profit and choose effective way to market. The results of researches are the objects of intellectual property rights and their commercialization is possible only with the direct interaction of scientific institutes and the market with the direct participation of the state. Today, Ukraine is interested in attracting foreign investment thats why our scientists should pay attention to the international system of technology transfer such as Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), it could help to maintain and improve the situation in the domestic economy, and also it can provides sufficient funding for research. International technology transfer system enable us to find customers and partners for research from around the world as opposed to domestic technology transfer systems to which access has mostly domestic entrepreneurs and scientists. For evaluation of the commercial attractiveness of research projects in the early stages it is recommended to use the logistic approach.
