In a highly competitive global market of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials and complex financial and economic situation in Ukraine, our scientists are increasingly forced to focus on the problems of funding for research but not on the research. Limited financial resources and material and technical base greatly narrows the possibilities of domestic scientists and reduces their competitiveness on the international market of innovative technologies. As you know the results of intellectual activities of scientists have to be a commodity at the market of modern technology, and any merchandise must to have a good advertising and qualified sellers This creates a need to training in domestic institutions of higher education the qualified professionals of innovation management. Also need to pay attention to the mechanisms and ways of searching markets for innovation and R & D projects. In a market economy budgetary funds are not remain the main source of funding for research, private investors are more and more interested in making a profit from the introduction of innovations, enterprises, cooperatives create research laboratories to increase profits. Thats why today it is very important to identify ways of searching the partners for research,we have to find a opportunities for sale of research results in order to profit and choose effective way to market. The results of researches are the objects of intellectual property rights and their commercialization is possible only with the direct interaction of scientific institutes and the market with the direct participation of the state. Today, Ukraine is interested in attracting foreign investment thats why our scientists should pay attention to the international system of technology transfer such as Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), it could help to maintain and improve the situation in the domestic economy, and also it can provides sufficient funding for research. International technology transfer system enable us to find customers and partners for research from around the world as opposed to domestic technology transfer systems to which access has mostly domestic entrepreneurs and scientists. For evaluation of the commercial attractiveness of research projects in the early stages it is recommended to use the logistic approach. When using it, it was determined that the most favorable conditions for the commercialization of research results is an approximate the middle of a study, that is when it appeared the first tangible results but still can not go to the introduction into production, at this stage, investors can already predict the future profits but do not pay more, and in the case of obtain an investment scientists will be able to successfully complete the study.
