In the framework of a new and interdisciplinary approach the strongly interacting matter and its kinetics has been developed using methods and concepts from both nuclear and high energy physics, elementary particle physics and CERN experiment data. With purpose to clarify the possibility of parametric processes influence on the quark-gluon kinetics the analogy with parametric turbulence of classical plasma has been proposed.
