The object of study - the life cycle of Research and Development, R&D. Purpose - is to develop a general architectural solutions for Informatization NAS Research and Development, R&D performers prepare NAS all types of documents (request, specification, estimates, reports, etc.), as well as taking into account all the typical events during the life cycle of Research and Development, R&D in digital format .If research studied the problems of informatization, automation and implementation processes of formation and ordering of topics in the NAS and monitor its implementation with the use of modern software products and solutions. The preconditions for the formation of web services concerning information life cycle of research and development work. Development of new architectural solutions, which are designed deployed web services concerning information life cycle of research and development work. On the results of implementation of the developed architecture solutions can be accessed to the consolidated information on the subject in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
