The structure of clusters obtained using the method of Lis-Alexandrovich, which comprises growing clusters starting from the active grain growth. Nodes engaged in a square lattice by adding identical squares kxk (E-task) or a mixture of kxk and mxm (m < k) squares (M-task). Large-sized squares kxk considered conductive, and less mxm squares - blocking (non-conductive). Studied percolation and jamming oriented linear k-mers on a square lattice with defects. Point defects were placed at the nodes of a square lattice with probability d before precipitation k-mers. It analyzed the general case where the probability of k-mers orientation along the axes of the lattice varies and is characterized by the value of the orientational order parameter s.
