A research object is system of financial and management accounting of LTD "Start and Adjustment" from the standpoint of the possibility and feasibility of their automation. An aim of research work is to develop a concept for automated systems of financial and management accounting in the company LTD "Start and Adjustment". In the process of research such methods were used: scientific methods of economic researches (systematization, grouping and generalization, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, formalization) and special economic methods (tabular-calculation, graphic, economics-statistical, methods of design, planning). Basic scientific job: gives the recommendations of the electronic document and workflow organization, integration based on financial and management accounting, establishing effective communication distance between the accounting subjects, improvement software, specification of functional responsibilities of accounting professionals in terms of its automation that helps optimize information flows on LTD "Start and Adjustment".
